"The shower door was unusable for my wife. I had to muscle the door open and shut. When we left the employee at the front desk said they knew it was that way. I told him they should get it fixed before someone else gets that room."

"The property was as expected. We weren't staying at a high end luxury hotel and we didn't expect that type of experience. It would have been nice to have breakfast included and to have hangers in the closet. But other than that is was fine. It was clean and quiet. Great for an overnight stay after a great concert!!!!"

"Hotel Lotus is much more like hotel wilted flower. It’s seen better days for sure. The lady at check in was rather unfriendly, although I had driven 500 miles that day and she probably mistook me for another one of her scumbag guests. Unfortunately, being that it is on the more thrifty side it attracts a fair amount of people that live in the bushes behind the parking lot half the time. When they are able to go out and shoplift enough for their drugs and afford a room then 6 or 7 all share a room together with their obligatory untrained pitbull. If you’ve spent anytime traveling, you know what I’m talking about. The last thing I’ll say is, I saw one of their breakfast cream cheese in the mini fridge, that had become unsealed at some point growing mold. Makes you wonder how well the rest of the breakfast products are taken care of if it was just sitting there with mold growing and no one bothered to throw it out."

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here again."
