"This family owned business provides service to meet your needs. Alex accommodated an early check in for us. Furthermore, he provided everything we asked in the room like hot water and tea. He also let us borrow a towel for the hot springs as an example. They stored our luggage until the evening as our train didn’t leave until 7pm. We were very happy with our overall experience during our stay."
