Overall, the staff was very friendly and tended to our needs. The place is built new but the design in the shower could use some work (water got all over the restroom floor). We did eat the food which was excellent at the restaurant. The beach is a short walk away. We would stay again for sure.
An exceptional luxury, set between the jungle and white sandy beach. We had an amazing stay for 3 nights, got pampered by an excellent staff including butler service. Also, to our surprise got a birthday cake and an upgrade to a beachfront penthouse. The daily breakfast was very good and the food (Mexican) at ZULA was excellent.
