"Haven should be the measuring stick for all inclusive properties in Cancun. From check in to check out the experience was amazing. The room was immaculate bed was like sleeping on a cloud the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurants were top of the line the buffet was great and Christa was absolutely fantastic. Andres at the coffee bar was funny and personable. Everything we wanted in an all inclusive and definitely plan to go back next April. Thanks to everyone at Haven for a truly memorable experience "

"The staff were all amazing! Very friendly, accommodating, and made you feel like family! The food options were all fantastic! It was a great mix of relaxation and lots of entertainment! The day time activities at the main pool were all engaging and entertaining while still allowing a good atmosphere to relax in. There was a show every evening as well to finish the night off after a delicious dinner! The whole place was clean they did a great job of keeping up with the maintenance. We would absolutely love to come back!"
"Excellent, 5 day stay with my wife. Things went well, staff was great, many food options, and met some great people. Only negative was the pool needs to be refinished. A few people got injured with cuts in the pool by broken/chipped tile. Other than that we had a blast. "
