Quando chegamos não havia ninguém para nos atender, mas entramos em contato e logo chegou uma moça muito simpática para nos receber, Antonieta. O local é um pouco estranho, muitos jovens ficam sentados na porta da entrada, durante todo o dia. A escadaria do prédio é muito grande e se você tiver problema de mobilidade eu não recomendo. O prédio é muito antigo. O quarto é grande e a cama confortável, banheiro grande para os padrões europeu. Mas precisa de uma reforma.

Tivemos alguns problemas em nossa estadia devido à uma forte chuva na cidade em que tiveram que realizar obras nos banheiros durante nossa hospedagem, com barulho alto 2 dias seguidos, mas foi um evento específico devido à chuva e a proprietária tentou resolver de forma rápida. Em todo caso, o checkin foi demorado pois, apesar de chegarmos no horario que eles dizem ter a recepção aberta, não tinha ninguem no local, esperamos por quase 30 minutos para alguem nos receber e abrir a porta. Além disso nos informaram que nem o ar condicionado e nem o aquecedor poderiam ser ligados...foi decepcionante.

This B&B is in an idyllic piazza and steps away from the duomo. It is about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The location is perfect! The hostess Rose is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the room with a balcony and city view. The ambience of culture and history of Florence is authentic. I definitely want to come back!
