This is the second time on our stopover in Singapore that we stayed at the Wyndham Singapore. It is in a great location that you are central to walking to the Gardens at the Bay, Clarke Quay and for a Singapore Sling at Raffles. I would definitely stay here again, the staff at check in were fabulous providing us with early check in and late checkout. The room was spacious and clean, excellent choice for breakfast as well.

The location & view was everything. The rooms even tho reno'd were just ok. The reno was almost done so it did not affect us at all. I was very surprised that it cost me $50 for 2 Singapore Slings! Ask first before ordering....

Got there about 110.00 am and checked in Ok and they let us into the room then as well even though they did not have to or could charged extra. Hotel was in the centre of the colonial district with plenty of old colonial buildings all around as well as many shopping and food malls nearby. Room was modern with nice bathroom and view.

This hotel used to be Peninsula-Excelsior Hotel operated by YTC group but recently it has been changed to Wyndham Singapore Hotel. Ever since I visited Singapore way in the late 1980's, this hotel has been called my home in Singapore. I noticed that the renovation after it becomes Wyndham is welcoming. The hallways and room are brighter. But one thing I need to point out is the breakfast buffet is kind of downgraded (unlike before during Peninsula-Excelsior days)

Very well located at the center. You need to chosse a bay viey in high levels. The only thing is the noise from the street and also the breakfeast price. Otherwise this is really a central location at the heart of everything.

Location great, service great including X June at the lobby bar. Maid service was hit and miss we did not get face cloths delivered until the third day after we had already bought some at a local store. Also the maids dropped off differing amounts of towels each day. But the room was very clean.

This is a beautiful property and, for the most part, the staff was great. My only issue is that on the last day there, I found a live cockroach in my bathroom. I almost lost my mind as I have a phobia about roaches. I informed the manager. He apologized and told me to put it in the feedback. So here it is.
