This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. 旅館地點非常好，有市景有海，新館的客房有私人溫泉，泉水不間斷的流出真的很奢侈，館內也有陳列很多藝術品，餐點是典型日式料理，女將雖然不會講英文但還是很努力的溝通，很可惜大浴場在維修 唯一的缺點是交通不變，雖然離火車站很近但是用走的有點距離，搭計程車去比較妥當

직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!

긴린소 이용후기

오타루칫코역에서 택시타고 금방입니다. 엄청난 산자락 위에 있으니 걷는것보단 그냥 편하게 택시를 타시는게 좋습니다. 분위기와 시설, 직원분들의 응대는 기대 이상으로 좋았습니다. 방에서 보는 풍경이 기가막혀서 인생사진도 나올정도. 노천탕은 바로앞이 바다여서 탁 트인 전망 크기가 크진 않지만 숙박객이 적어서 별 상관없을듯 합니다. 식사 역시 맛있고 하나하나 신경써줘서 만족도가 높았습니다. 돌아갈땐 긴린소에서 제공하는 셔틀을 신청하여 역으로 돌아가시면 됩니다. ( 비용있음 ) 아무쪼록 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음 삿포로 여행시에도 숙박하고 싶습니다.

小樽の良き宿

古き良き日本を感じる宿です。歴史を感じました。私達は、新館のお風呂付きだったので気兼ね無く何度も温泉に入れて良かったです。共有の温泉も、たまたまなのか、2回入りましたが、誰もいなかったです。お食事も家族だけのお部屋だったので、コロナでも安心して美味しく頂けました。
