Our stay at the hotel was great. However the clerk at the front desk messed up and charged us for our room again after we had already paid for it. I called the hotel to question the charge after several days and the manager said they never charged my card when clearly it was on my statement with the date and location of where it was charged. Instead of trying to resolve the situation she said just dispute it on your cards Worst resolution to a customer concern I have ever heard.

The moment I walked in my room I was hit with a terrible musty smell. My outlet by my bed did not work causing my phone to be dead the next day. There was active mold spores growing on the door to the bathroom in the pool area. Everything I touched that was meant to be white was stained and gross.. But I must say the team was super sweet and really tried.. Def feels like the owner isn't investing back in the the business.

The purpose for selecting this hotel was they had a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was shut down, we were told due to the need for a professional cleaning and could not be used until approved by the health department. The breakfast attendant was cranky all 4 days I was there, maybe he wanted to use the hot tub too 😕.
