Super disappointed with the experience there . I will NEVER stay there again . The staff was not polite , they refused to provide another pillow . The place was super loud in the middle of the night . For some reason there was loud music in the hallway and I couldn’t sleep . I wish I could’ve gotten a refund . Terrible place to stay . No one deserves to have the experience I had . If I could give a 0 star I WOULD !!!

Note that this is an adults-only property that rents rooms in 2-hour blocks...so you know that there will be lots of people coming and going for obvious reasons. Checkin was a little strange as the person working there is behind a one-way glass, so you can't see who is behind the window. The room was very clean but the setup was what you would expect for a hotel that rents by the hour: no place to store clothes, no electrical outlets (except 2 in the bathroom), no ice machine on the floor--so if you are planning to stay multiple days, prepare to live out of your suitcase (literally) and if you plan to work while there, bring an extension cord as there are no other outlets besides those in the bathroom--not even by the bed for phone charging. There is a small table and 2 chairs that I was able to use as my remote work area. Other than these quirks, the room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed here because it was cheap and close to the surgery center where we were having some cosmetic procedures done. There are limited dining options but there is a little cafe about a block away, Arroyo, that was really good.

La recepcióm tiene muy mala organización ya que no contemplan el tiempo de la reservación ya que nos hicieron esperar casi media hora para ingresar. La zona para dejar los autos muy pequeña. No tienen servicio de comidas como lo mencionan, solo botana basica.

Revenden la misma habitación

Malisima experiencia ya que el pago por la reserva se supone que es a partir de las 15:00 hrs y hasta las 12:00 hrs del siguiente día, y resulta que caundo llegamos a ocupar la habitación a las 23:00 hrs. Nos hicieron esperar la habitación ya que la estaban haceando, resulta que revendieron la misma habitación ( por algo la estaban haceando a esa hora, no es posible que eso suceda, suponiendo que llego a las 19 o 20 horas tendria que esperar más tiempo la habitación o de lo contrario sacar a los clientes que la ocupaban la habitación, pesimo!!!
