Reception staff were hospitable and pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed to lack hospitality training and were not customer focused, preferring to look at their phones and told us to get our own wine from the bar. Our room smelt musty but was OK when windows & doors were open. A tea bag and milk would have been appreciated. Room itself was large and comfortable and the scenery was stunning.

Dragons Peak never disappoints…absolutely love this place. However, would be nice if they can maybe include air conditioners or a fan on a stand as it did get quite warm at night. If hiking routes can also be marked a bit clearer it would help. Either way, loved our stay and love the place. Will definitely be back:-)

The room (I was in a Lakeside studio) is spacious and looks just as advertised which is great, although the toaster was out of order. The outside of the building isn't much to speak of if you really want to feel like you've gone somewhere scenic, but the property and room itself are sufficient if you don't mind the outside aesthetic so much. Service could be better (housekeeping came several times a day unexpectedly and there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign if you'd rather they didn't). I had a good experience there though and I would go again

Arrived to find that the room I had booked was given to someone else , waited for another room. Found Steelwool in my supper and hair in my breakfast the next day . The place is overall beautiful but the experience of services was not great .

The property was clean, looked excllent and is really a fantastic stay. Dragons Peak has A LOT of charm and you can do a lot of activities in the aree. I would recommend staying in the Lake Side Suites because they are the most newly renovated units in the resort.
