The staff are lovely but the room was genuinely freezing (despite running the provided space heater) and the towels were dirty. It’s otherwise quite standard. The shuttle was great.

Nødvendigt ophold på Bikepackertur. Vågnede midt i natten, mærkede her, dynen våd pga. af utæthed i tag/loft. Der var ikke påfyldt af shampo og sæde i bruser. Toilet rulleholder manglede. Skimmel belægninger på bruser. Generelt nedslidt udtryk på alle flader. Det skal nævnes det var billigt

Hotellet virker lidt slidt og træt. Sikkerheden og brandeftersyn er ikke tilstrækkelig updateret. Restaurant ophold, var med vild højt støj fra Emhætte, samt to højt snakkende “kokke” eller personale. Menu’n Lamme skank, hvor bouillon sauce’n overtog smagsoplevelsen.

Room was clean and tidy, jug to boil water & tea and coffee etc in room, I was staying alone, only one cup but three wine glasses but no tea spoons or ther cutlery. Air conditioning would off been good and a tv with more choice of channels, I understand this is probably because of the room standard

This hotel offers free airport shuttle, but I could not find a shuttle and when I called the number on my confirmation it went to voicemail. It was not clear where to find the shuttle or that the shuttle was a large yellow bus which shuttled customers to many hotels. This experience was very frustrating for me. The wifi was not very reliable. I found it quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

This property is falling apart...floor in hallway dips away where damage has occurred and also in corners of the room where water damage has previously been. Sliding door to the outside area couldn't lock so couldn't leave valuables in the room. Also food items were left in the fridge from previous guest and the soap dispensers were empty. Only one teaspoon available that was still dirty. If only one of these issues was present it could be forgiven but house-keeping seemed non existent and really poor maintenance schedule. Surely this place should not have an operating license moving forward! Don't normally complain about accommodation as Ive stayed in many all over the world but man this was pretty sub-standard!

The bed was great, clean and comfy. Shower ok but no shampoo OR soap left in either container. Ranch slider was very difficult to open or close, off tracks. Needed a teaspoon to stir coffee. Room did the job fine for an overnight needed last minute for just me.

So noisy, could hear the neighbor's tv very loudly lots of coming and going, security door wedges open all night, would not stay here again. Rooms were nice however

I didn’t like a sliding door that could not be locked.A verandah that had broken and missing boards(a safety hazard)and dirty cigarette butts littered on the area.A TV that had no controller,then when the staff bought us one,he never tried it to see if it worked.We then had to go to office to get another one,which he finally bought to us at 7pm after arriving at 4pm.VERY POOR.
