Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Key West. Owners are local and available whenever needed. THEY are there WORKING which makes all the difference in the world because they care the most about their guests. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. The above and beyond’s were what impressed us the most. Free water all day by the pool. Guest laundry. A “continental” breakfast with everything you could imagine. Free happy hour 4-5. A bottle of wine at check in …. The list goes on. All things that didn’t have to be done and still this would have been exceptional. Heather and Kevin thank you. You nailed it. You should teach other owners how to do it right.

Excellent amenities. The owners provide everything you need and more. Complimentary happy hour, pool towels, snacks all day, breakfast, parking on site and a guest laundry. The place is a delight.

PERFECT location, adorable, clean and more accommodating thanI even expected. The couple running it were so friendly and helpful. They offer a free bottle of wine at check in and free happy hour 4-5! With a cute porch to chat and have your cocktail on.

Key West Villas exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, the villas are beautifully maintained with great attention to detail, and the location is perfect and just steps from the heart of Key West yet peaceful and relaxing. As a family, we especially appreciated how spacious, comfortable, and child-friendly everything was. Truly a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Quiet and peaceful.

Traveling solo, the room was just the perfect size. The entire grounds were immaculate. The location was midway to Duval street. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

This was a GREAT place to stay! The proprietors were friendly and the room was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub just outside our door. Continental breakfast, free snacks and sodas all day and then a free happy hour. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely be back!! Almost forgot .. Kevin made shots of the day to start happy hour every day too!

Key West Villas is one of the best places to stay in Key West! It’s located in a quiet area right off Duval, but is centered so it’s a 15 minute walk to either end of Duval street. It’s right in the heart of Old Town. Both the Duval Loop and Fausto’s grocery store are a block away, making everything super convenient. The Villas are cute and cozy. They have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay-from a washer and dryer on site to beach towels and chairs to mimosas in the morning and happy hour from 4-5pm. Kevin and Heather were wonderfully sweet and super accommodating, always asking if we needed anything. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. So if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Key West, this is it!

Perfect location. Great room. Excellent owners. Good price. The location is just off Duval and right in the middle of Duval making walking a great option. Our room was comfortable and had the small kitchen area which was nice. The owners are super nice and hospitable. The price does not include "sneaky fees" like so many other lodging choices in the Keys do. The Happy hour is a nice touch complete with a "shot of the day."

Perfect Place

We had the best time. Our family had two adults and two teens. The location steps from Duval was perfect. We stayed in Villa 1 which was a great size for our family. The hosts are wonderful too. We felt like guests in their home. We loved Happy Hour! We will be back.

Our Villa was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with supplies. Nice variety of breakfast, snacks, water, beverages AND free happy hour cocktail hour! Owners/staff very friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay!:)
