All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.

A good option in a good location - has a simple gym and a very nice roof-top pool. Rooms are adequate even if the AC unit a little to be desired. Good value for money.

Quiet Comfortable Hotel

I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia however main dinner menu had a good selection and the food I had there was good. The hotel is within a short distance of Paxutay Monument and the indoor market. Lots of ATMs about and a great cafe down the road. The only negative I could say is some parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment but this didn’t affect my stay.
