Clean room, shower was lovely my only complaint is the radiator wouldn’t turn off even though I set the time to off but not enough to complain as the temperature did drop at nighttime as travelled in April. The room was very clean! Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties and great coffee. The staff was very friendly. It was a group of 5 of us vacationing from the U.S. and we instantly felt welcomed! A member of our group fell and broke her wrist coming home from dinner. The staff was very helpful and showed us the nearest hospital and was even waiting for her when she got back from the hospital to make sure she was okay. Nothing but a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel

We loved the hotel location, walking distance to great restaurants and old city. The staff were amazing, and went above and beyond to get my kids and I settled in our first night (parking, pool informatuon, room setup, and ordering food delivery) as I was traveling solo with them. I cannot say enough about Daniel, he is a saint. We had breakfast, the service was great but the food was limited, but it is ok because there are shops in the area for breakfast. We didn’t use our AC, only kept our windows open to allow in fresh air. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for the wonderful 3 nights!
