Hotel is in a convenient location, newly remodeled (some construction still ongoing), offers a clean and comfortable stay. Front desk staff were courteous and attentive. There is an espresso machine in the lobby that makes a great hot drink anytime you want one. The breakfast was hot and tasty. If you don’t like super fluffy pillows, which I don’t, bring your own. Overall a great place to stay and I would book again hands down.

This is a great hotel! I plan to make this my go to in indy. The room was decorated nice and it was very clean! The beds and pillows were very comforable! The staff was super nice and they all were smiling. There was even a staffer making omelets during breakfast.

We got to breakfast at 9:20am. Most hot items were empty and the waffle mix was put away. I asked for food to be filled and was told no. There were other guests just coming in as well. I also asked for a late check out on a Monday morning and was told no.

No working pool! At the time of visit, it had been down for over a month. This was the entire reason for us booking. The toilet was working correctly upon arrival. Luckily this stay was for only one night.

I stayed in a room with my boyfriend. In the middle of the night he realized that his leg was bleeding due to a large scab on his knee. Since we were asleep he didn’t realize till after a while. I let the staff know that night and asked for new bedding. The next morning, I let the staff know again about the sheets and we were told it was fine and the maids would decide if they could be reused. Later, without being informed there was a $335 charge to my card due to damage. Who knew that a few plain white sheets and a comforter could be so outrageously expensive.

I reserved a room about 2 weeks in advance and when we got to the hotel we were charged a fee for early check in which I didnt know was an issue with it only being an hour or so early. Then found out we are on the 4th floor and the elevator did not work and had to utilize the stairs which were filled with paint buckets and garbage and broken down pieces of furniture. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and cozy and taken care of.

Staff was pleasant and helpful with all I needed. Location was convenient for me and the Dollar Three store in front the building was a plus. They need to clean the filter in the ceiling of the bathroom. No fresh fruits with breakfast.

Bed bugs. I awoke at 1:30am on night two/three of my trip to my arm on fire. I turn my phone light on and there’s a literal bed bug crawling on my sheet. I panic and get my child up to go to the desk. The lady moves me to the room directly above. At this point I cannot sleep and neither can my child. So we leave. I let the lady at the front desk know we cannot do it and check out. I drive 7 hours back to Tennessee on 32 minutes of sleep with my arm on fire. I call the next two days trying to get a refund and answers. The hotel tells hotel.com I stayed my full duration and not to issue a refund. I call the hotel and the lady who “checked me out” never checked me out in the system. Thank god the man working found in the activity log that I left at 3:45am due to “being uncomfortable” so hotels.com issues me $88 refund. Mind you, I missed two full days of my trip due to this. I also end up at the doctor with cellulitis from the bites. Do not stay here. I am still trying to get this under control and resolved.

The room was clean the whole time we stayed. We were there for two nights and the cleaning staff came in to do a light clean up after the first night. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of food and table service. The area was always clean.
