Worth spending the extra money, than the Sheraton. Family friendly and convenient if you have little kiddos like I do. Definitely Would stay here again in the future when going to Universal Studio/Hollywood tourist spots.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—being so close to Universal and CityWalk made it super easy to get there right when we wanted without any hassle. The room was comfortable and clean, and we really appreciated the great customer service throughout our visit. Definitely made our trip more enjoyable!

Great hotel

If you are visiting Universal Studios, this is the perfect spot to enjoy it. Room was spacious, clean and functional, and we were lucky to have great views. Hotel was also convenient to Hollywood, just a short drive away.

All was great - comfy bed, clean and spacious room, friendly front desk, etc. The only bummer was the parking stated $50(!), while posting a sign they were not responsible for items left in the car (surprising considering how much you're paying, and was really $55 when we checked out. The validation card didn't work at the gate and caused a delay in getting out because it took many calls thru the Help button to actually get someone to let us go

The room was very smoky and mildewy smelling. There was no robe, no blow dryer, no bar soap for washing hand's. I was surprised with disappointment.

Housekeepers are amazing. There needs to be a more direct pathway to universal studios. The shuttle is nice but often runs late, so having a more direct path would be helpful. $50/night SELF parking fee is outrageous when the hotel is already so expensive.
