Bed was like sleeping in bricks and the blinds only covered 3/4s of the window so let light in all night. Solid bed and light meant zero sleep. The breakfast was ok but staff serving more interested in chatting on their phone

This hotel was really convenient for us. I was staying with my son for a football game so my top reasons were close to the stadium and that it had parking. I expected the front entrance to be from the lovely front entrance but it was actually through the restaurant at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is quite soulless and we didn't see any other guests but that didn't matter for us. The room was clean and spacious. The manager was helpful and I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for something convenient near the toen centre.

Hotel no secure. They leave a fire door open 24 hr for access and claim it’s safe because they have cameras. The room was filthy, not what I booked, complimentary water was unsealed. Under staffed, no management on site to make a complaint to and they didn’t answer their number when I called them. When I did speak to them I was called a liar and spoken over and blamed for not putting things right whilst still there. I didn’t want to spend another second in the dungeon I’d been allocated. If I could give a minus score I would.

The owner is very nice and rooms are clean. Room was freezing even though rads and electric heaters on. Only pizzas served and the restaurant was as cold as outside temp. You can order things in and use thier plates etc. Could not get out of hotel till 0700 in the morning as front door locked. Car park is an aditional £5 a night

Basic room, cold tap was producing hot and cold (?), one guy doing his best to run check-in (watching videos on his phone inbetween. which is fine but that’s the level of hotel to expect), one guy left becsuse of a mouse in his room, I didn’t drink or eat there. Check out - no one to be found. Gave my key to the “chef”. Weird experience, felt cheap (but wasn’t) and as the main entrance doors were unlocked with one staff member, I debate what would happen in any form of security incident. I really don’t recommend this place.

Boutique Hotel, Bar & Restaurant?????? Not.... Nothing Boutique my room was in the cellar with no windows, restaurant with no working kitchen of chef? I booked in and was told that my key was in the room door, i can only thin thats because it was in the cellar but didnt like the idea of that as everyone would have had access to my room before my arrival.. I expect some kind of compensation for this as not as described, had to order food in etc.. Very poor

It was in a grim area next to a lap club. Nice couple running it but nobody else there. That said, we were still stuck in a basement room where you could see through the window. Dining limited except for a Wetherspoons around the corner. We did get a fan when asked.
