Once attendant arrived at desk went through process of check in. Discovered no elevator had to carry Luddite upstairs. Once at my room door was open. The lock slip was wedged so the door couldn’t be closed. Checked room for other people. While watching tv, the tv kept giving message it needed to update. Happened every 10-20 min. Shows was grungy and I was already nervous about being safe in room with the unlocked door.

Nice and clean and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is vast and yummy, my teenager loved it. I used the hot tub one evening and it was nice. Walkable distance to restaurants, also near the freeway and a big Walmart.

Trying to get there is a little hard having to go past and than back, it don't have an elevator so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs. But over all ok

The rooms are very small. Our shower had mold in it and the vent fan didn’t even have a way to turn it on. The room next to us kept slamming their door at all hours. No elevator and the hotel is very dated.

This property and it's staff was most uplifting! Hats off the the General Manager, Teresa Delgado and the rest of the front desk and the housekeeping crew. This place was most affordable and great all the way around. I transferred to this hotel after paying $260 a night at another hotel with the worst experience ever. I can't wait to revisit after the renovations. Thank you all for the great experience!

Place was dirty(shower in particularly)and room had awful smell stepping into it. Bed was very uncomfortable and all the lights have a timer on them. I’ve never seen a place have a door sensor either I thought was odd. Toilet would barely work. Little deceiving considering the lobby smells nice and looks pretty decent. I’d spend the money to go elsewhere.
