unpleasant experience

房间服务太差，人员似乎也不足。热水太烫，一个晚上空调只能短暂制热，薄薄的毯子无法御寒，没有备用被子，第二天让送厚点的毯子来，亲自崔三次，每次答应的好好的，最终也没有送来。空调不好，估计是维护不足，换了两个房间都是如此。

The office closes at 10pm and there’s an a different incidental charge for locals; $200 as opposed to $100. Those should have been enough red flags but I assumed as much for the price per night. Feel very unsafe near the homeless encampment. Doors open to the outside and the only lock was the key FOB entry. Didn’t stay long enough to see the rest of the room before I left.

Checked in, attendant gave me the wrong room, and that room was under construction. Got my correct room key, lights didn’t work, bathroom had no toilet paper, tv remote didn’t work, even after changing to new batteries. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. You get what you pay for that’s for sure. Don’t do it! Spend a few more dollars for anything than this place. And the front attendant didn’t really care. SMH!

The front desk lady called me and said that i did a "sneaky move" by booking online for a room before checking out this morning. She said that i had to vacate immediately and thats when i informed her that i had checked out and hadnt checked in for mysecond day. So she told me that my reservation would not be honored and that i would have to pay 77 dollars plus tax plus the TWOHUNDRED dollar deposit in order to stay there againtonight! This is unacceptable! Please tell me that i can be compensated somehow

Made the reservation on Expedia and it didn't mention a card hold. I have had other experiences where they say there will be a hold. This place said the hold will be instant and depends on the bank. It still hasn't been put back onto my account. The last hotel I stay at said their deposit was instant and sure enough hit my account right away. This place says instant but depends on my bank and could be 7 to 10 business days. I have the same bank I did for the other hotel stay so I am not too keen on them for this. This room also wasn't for me but the person it was for was satisfied with his experience.

No pool. Toilet barely flushed. No kleenex, no iron, no hairdryer. Rusty hangers. Tv remote did not work, got a replacement from front desk and still did not work, I had to use buttons on tv itself. Had to go through a list of 8 passwords that front desk gave to try to connect to wifi. A random black hair on the bottom bath towel, that were stacked. Cheap chemical filled toiletries. All electric outlets missing covers. Front door knob and bedside lamp covered in electric tape. No phone in room. Exposed wires on ceiling and wall. Not enough plug ins for appliances, had to unplug tv to use microwave. Door lock was difficult to open with physical key (no card key). No ice machine and coffee was served in small thin plastic (water)cups that front desk girl warned me to be careful, cuz i could get burned.

The hotel services were below expectations. There were no extra pillows or towels available, and the area was not very clean. The overall experience was not comfortable, and the service could definitely be improved.

First room had screws on floor and disassembled heating and ac unit on floor no bedding an no curtains. 2nd room had bugs all over walls and floor cigarette burns on tub curtains that didnt fit window and door didnt lock.

Staff was ok only stayed one night but got the heck out asap. They moved us from one room to another because of damages in first room 1st room had holes in wall broken picture frame floor was messed up rust on tub with caulking coming off but 2nd room they put us in I only looked for damage and in morning went to restroom and saw mold on the roof of the bathroom and we checked out asap cause we had to go to see balloon fiesta at 330am but office was closed until 9 am so came back after fiesta cutting it short so we can check out before checkout time do not recommend and we will never come back here again. Receptionist E.B. was very rude. We had paId reservations, at the door she basically kicked us out, wouldn't hear me out. Said it was Expedias fault, butnit was hotel's fault. They oversold their rooms. She was absolutely beligerent about it and unempathetic, then wanted me to call securituly on me because i wouldnt leave. I wouldnt leave until I called Expedia to verify this place hadn't stolen my $. Only after I threatened to call the cops did the lady allow me to make my call while there, to verify. Worst experience ever. Luckily Expedia empathized and got me a better hotel and they paid the difference. That is customer service.
