The reviews I read set my expectations at a low level. I wanted cheap but clean. I was very happy and found all the conveniences you can ask for. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The ac worked great. The room was wonderfully quiet. The plumbing in the shower needed reworking but was functional none the less. A very mid stay. Looks nice on the outside, but it's pretty dirty on the inside. The hallways look like they aren't vacuumed regularly and there was a lot of water damage to the walls and ceiling in our room. Some of the lamps in the room were either broken or had exposed wires. I normally book at this same hotel when I’m in town due to the numerous dining and shopping locations. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The first thing we noticed is that there was no remote for the t.v. There were no trash cans in the room. The smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling. The door to the rest room wouldn’t close. They advertise a weight room but it was non functioning. The room number was 119 which was the first room, so it most definitely should have had better conditions. The room was inexpensive and we have never had problems before.

Can’t believe this was a LaQunita Hotel!

Not what you typically expect from a LaQuinta property. Sheets were not clean. Only one wash cloth. Housekeeping did not leave any wash cloths when they cleaned between night 1 and 2. Hotel recently renovated but very poorly. Carpets in hallway were covered in pet hair and were filthy. TV remote would not adjust volume up or down. Only positive was that the bed was very comfortable. People working the hotel were nice but I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Suitable for a overnight stay only

Upon arrival customer service was good. Although, the room had not been cleaned upon entrance . I called down and the housekeeper came up within ten minutes and cleaned it. She didn’t clean the shower. No washcloths were available, had to go buy some to shower . Remote did not work after changing it out three times so we were not able to watch any tv. Did not take advantage of the breakfast.
