Booked for the MainStay Suites side of the hotel and was given a room on the Comfort Inn side as there was no availability. A bit frustrating, but a room is a room. First room given had an AC unit that absolutely could not keep up with the heat outside. After one night, we couldn't tolerate it anymore and talked to the front desk and they were able to move us to a room with working AC no problem. Rooms were relatively clean and staff was very friendly.

They only clean rooms once a week or when you check out. We never stay more than 2 nights so not a problem. But if you want more room service, this is not the place. Price reasonable and clean room for check-in. We were happy.

The room was spacious and clean however the safe in the room was not working. The drains were clogged. Me and my family went to the pool & we were told they ran out of towels so we had to walk to the room drenched. The customer service here could’ve been a lot better. It was just ok here. Good for a weekend only nothing more
