Great staff. Armando went above and beyond checking us in. We arrived later than planned when our taxi to Playa was cancelled without our knowledge. He helped the checkin process to go smoothly. There is a great view from the rooftop restaurant and the serving staff were very kind. The hotel is super close to the alternate ADO bus station so it was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again

When we arrived, the room seemd to be nice. We left the luggage and went for a dinner. When returned to the room, the smell of dump was unbearable. We were forced to ask for another room. In the end we were transferred to another hotel. The receptionist was verry helpful and attentive.
