The reception is bright and welcoming and easy check in. Our room was clean comfortable and had all that we needed. The heating wasn’t working properly but a plug in heater was provided. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel is well situated and just a short walk to a very good shopping centre. I have stayed before and would stay again.

The room they gave me was like something out of the 70’s. Heating didn’t work which they knew as there was already an oil filled radiator in the room. Had to ask for another as the room was so cold. No change of room offered at reception. Bathroom sink would not drain and I was left with what is in the photo. Still hadn’t rained when I checked out 3 hours later. Don’t stay here if this is how they treat paying customers.
