The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. They use a 3rd party shuttle. That wasn't as good. They only pick up/drop off at specific times from certain locations (Disney and Universal), and they were late several times and at one point didn’t have a pick up for us, so shuttled us to a different location and was confusing.
