This is the second time I come to this hotel and the room is fantastic. Spacious, well designed and I love the private bath on a tiny balcony, easy to access from the bathroom.

Great hotel!

Great Japanese style breakfast buffet with some western options. Love the balcony soaking tub! The onsen was lovely, be prepared to not be allowed if you have tattoos that cannot be covered.

Great property. The rooftop pool and bar are awesome, including all you can drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The train station is about a 10 minute walk.

The photos only partially reflect reality. The rooftop pool is accurate, the ground floor pool is fine, and the room matches the pictures. The distance to the beach is also as described. However, the beach itself is a major letdown. You can only access it within a restricted, fenced-off area — if you go beyond it, you’re warned off. The beach is located under two road bridges, which makes the whole setting feel more like an industrial zone than a relaxing seaside. It looks nothing like the images suggest. Also, it should definitely be mentioned that the hotel is located right next to a red-light district. That’s a crucial detail and should not be hidden from potential guests.

Clean place, polite staff & not far from the beach but very disappointed with the room which consisted of a huge bed but no balcony or windows to look out of. Was a little scary walking around and there were a string of love motels along the street, wouldn’t walk around there at night! No amenities in the room, everything had to be bought from the reception area.

The property was very nice and clean. There were a lot of amenities and a little shop inside. I was very let down by the roof top pool. It was closed to guests unless you were on the 11-14 floor you had to pay 3,000 yen. This should be on the website as I was looking forward to the sky pool and chose this hotel for that reason. The hotel was a bit removed from bus stops and the mono rail and to walk to those stops you had to go through a neighborhood with a ton of brothel type places. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

Clean, okay location (lots of brothels in the area), and generally nice staff There two pools, one on the second floor and a rooftop one. The rooftop one costs extra unless you’re staying on the top 3 floors, which wasn’t clear when we booked. They also have the rule of no tattooed, which is very racist towards the local ryukyu population which traditionally have indigenous tattooes. I didn’t mind covering up, but I mind the racism We bought rooftop access one night where there is a bar, a pool and a poolbar. The poolbar included free drinks, but the bar didn’t except for a premium class of guests. Long story short, the bartender gave us the wrong menu which listed some items as zero yen, and then afterwards required us to pay. He didn’t know any English and was super aggressive He had to bring up a colleague who knew English and it took so long before they apologized and actually understood what happened Other than that the rooms where great Learn English when you have tourists - it isn’t that hard

Deras onsen är väldigt behagligt - badade både morgon och kväll. Det är tyst och jag sov gott. Det är en något omständlig process att checka in via deras automater. Frukosten är riklig men jag saknade färsk frukt (det fanns endast vattenmelon). Det var trist att de stängt takpoolen då den andra poolen på 2 våningen dels var stängd mitt på dagen när det var varmast och sedan på eftermiddagen ligger både pool och solstolar i skuggan. Hotellet bjuder på glass och öl mellan 13 och 15 varje dag.

Frukosten, i japansk stil, är omfattande och god. Rummet var tyst och bra. Sängen något hård men ok. ACn var bra och effektiv. Deras onsen var bra, inte minst för att bassängerna inte var så heta som de är ibland. Jag var besviken över att de stängt poolen längst upp, deras Rolf top pool men en pool på våning två var öppen. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen, en taxi tog knappt 10 minuter och kostade 1400 yen. Hotellet har en gratis transfer både till flygplatsen och till shoppinggatan. Det tar inte mer än 5-7 minuter att promenera till stranden. Min enda negativa synpunkt på hotellet är dess läge. Det ligger i ett sk red light-district med massor av bordeller runt omkring. Det kändes dock inte otryggt, mer trist att kvinnor utnyttjas.

Ok rum, men inga förvaringsmöjligheter. Incheckningen helt opersonlig, då man själv skötte allt maskinellt. Ingen hälsade välkommen. Frukosten helt anpassad till asiater, massor av lagad mat. Saknade frukt och bröd att rosta. Poolen på taket kostade 200:-/dygn. Onsen var ok

Stressful and unpersonal check-in experience

A bit stressful and cold check-in experience, at a day when the absolute opposite was needed. Communication skills for staff, was not satisfactory. Hotel is also located at a bit of a bad area. Room and spa was nice.

酒店一應俱全，停車稍為欠缺位置

環境體驗唔錯，有溫泉，有游泳，有酒吧，有餐廳，有天台式派對泳池，有桑拿，一應俱全，唯獨是房間設施爭少少，同埋泊車位置並不足夠，附近應該是紅燈區，所以酒店停車場給附近環境的停車場非常爆滿

ご飯はここのホテルでは食べてないので分かりません。立地的に治安は良くないかな？と思います。部屋はちょっと小さいかな？とは思いましたが、昼間は外に出て、夜寝に帰るだけだったので、問題はありません。部屋にはトイレとは別のお風呂があり、お湯を貯めて入ることが出来ました。大浴場、洗い場が狭く数が少ないので、みんなが入る時間帯になると、待ちました。脱衣所がびちゃびちゃに濡れていて、不快でした。隣の部屋のトイレの音やその他の音は聞こえてこないので、良かったです。また利用したいと思いました。

スタッフの皆さんとても優しくてニコニコしてたので良かったです。ただ14階のバーで焼肉をしてプールを利用しましたがそこの年配の方の対応が上から目線の接客の物言いだったので私も娘も折角の楽しい気分が半減しました。

なぜフロア解放やめてしまったのか

前まで早くついてもくつろげるフロアがあったのにやめてしまった。そのせいでチェックイン前のフロントエリアが混みすぎて待機もできない。これは前からだがエレベーターが来なさすぎ。
