The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and smooth. Parking on site was tricky but manageable as very small. Was £5 extra on top to park on site. Room was decent. Although the double bed was quite small. Got very warm in the room at night even with window open. Definitely needs a fan in there. Was very loud outside with cars passing but expected with being on a main road. Deli bar cafe was lovely. Had a sausage sandwich for breakfast which was tasty and good prices. It was only about 10 minute walk to utilita arena and valley Centertainment which was ideal for us.

Received a phone call on the morning of our stay, to ask if we needed anything for our stay, which was a nice touch. There was no parking on site, but plenty on local roads. All the staff were some of the most amazingly friendly and helpful people i have met. I would definitely stay again if i was going to a concert at the Sheffield arena. Its only a 10min walk away! 10/10. Thanks to all the staff who made my daughter and I feel so welcome.
