Unfortunately this place needs a major remodel because the rooms are gross and the carpets should all definitely be replaced because they are full of stains and are sticky. The best part was the front desk staff, Natasha and that they have a hot tub.

Rude receptionist on check-in, door to room would've close properly, stains on carpet, bedspread, and table by bed, no microwave, ZERO linen service over 3 days, barking dog in room next door, broken chair at desk. Absolutely horrible condition for my room!!

Staff was rude. There were no bed frames on the beds. The floors were extremely stained. We had to slam the door to get it to shut. We got locked out of our room 2 gours before check out. The clerk made me feel like it was my fault for them deactivating my key before check out. I will not be staying there again.
