Staff is excellent. Clean hotel. Location was the best.
Rodolfo, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The property was clean and in a good location. The only issues we had were our room was on a very busy street so it was loud late into the night and the internet was spotty at best. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and it was very clean.

Beautiful hotel in Historic Center Mexico City

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Historic Mexico City! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only drawback was the lack of AC, which they fixed with a fan, and no water the first day! View from their rooftop terrace is gorgeous!
Eriberto, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location hard to park, a lot of traffic around since it is in the heart of downtown , there is a parking lote around the corner kind of expensive there are more less expensive parking if you drive couple of block from that parking lote. Once you get parking it is great location, walkable

6/10 Good

The place is beautiful but is ashamed that they haven’t updated this place the furniture from the rom is al old and dirty the towels and sheets looks gray instead of white.
Gerardo, 3-night trip

The beds were very hard and lumpy.
Abel P, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

The unfortunate thing about this property is it is 87 years old and the beds are not comfortable and if your on the plaza side expect to be woken up by yelling and talking and the churches bells. But the location is very well central. Lots of shopping and the food is priced well just stay away from the restaurants that are at the plaza area and upper level very expensive. Can’t expect a 87 year old hotel to be perfect.
Jose, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It is a convenient location. Half a block from the Zocalo. It is inconvenient to arrive since it is Madero Ave. No cars allowed on Madero street. It is noisy during the day.
Blanca A, 5-night trip

Very convenient to restaurants. I didn't like the fact that it doesn't have air conditioning. aand that we have tovpay extra at the desk for my wife . I had stayed on Zócalo central and the Grand Hotel and didn't required me yo pay extra as a couple. Other than that it was great. staa
Arnulfo, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is located steps from the Zocalo. But, because of the location, our room was very noisy with all the preparation and take down of construction for the concert in the Zocalo. Our room did not have air conditioning but there was a nice breeze with the windows open. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. I loved the ambiance of Mexico City culture and decor. Staff was amazing, they were very helpful me with my mother’s wheelchair.
Elna Nepomuceno, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

We loved the location of the property. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance. The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. While it’s understandable that the building is old, the plumbing was an issue. The shower was always slow running and the cold/hot water was always hot or miss. Other than that, our stay was amazing. I would still visit the hotel again.
Abigail, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very old building that we could hear everything around us even with the windows closed. No air conditioning made it a little hard to sleep or take a nap. And I'm not sure, but I think the furniture is as old and dirty as the building.
