Great location and service!

Amazing location and service! Ivan was so nice and remembered our names during our stay and did a great tea ceremony for us. Location of the hotel was great, close to MRT and walking distance to great areas. Pool was beautiful. Only slightly not great things were the hot tub felt dirty and had a bad smell to it on the second night, and in the room our bathroom sink did not drain even after housekeeping came in, but these were minor. Overall amazing stay and would recommend again!

Great location and helpful staff, Wilson was always friendly when we entered and exited the hotel and on our last day, he helped us carry our bags to the train station and make sure we made it on to the train.
