Hotel was really clean but not much natural light, instructions to gain access are really long and convoluted. No front desk just someone who messages via WhatsApp. Some people might like this but I hate texting especially constantly when I’m on holiday and late in the evenings.

Very nice room located in an ancient building. Room is super-comfortable. Check-in time had to be agreed by phone, but everything went on smoothly. A bottle of nice artisanal beer was given as a gift! Very close to taxi and metro.

Little out of the way from centre with long steps however excellent train station and shopping. Only issue was the strong coincidence with the Netflix log in and my request for the bed to be left unmade which was ignored strangely.

communication with host is amazing! she is always in contact with you. she answers you in real time. as a woman staying alone, i can say that it is very safe place and neighborhood in naples. highly recommend it.

Das Personal und die Besitzerin sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Gegend ist die Beste in Neapel, viele schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Boutiques in der Nähe. Wer in Neapel eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig….
