The beds were uncomfortable, and every time we visited the pool, the towel rack was completely empty. Since we traveled with four kids, there weren’t enough towels or rags in the room for showers. We attempted to exchange our room towels, but we were informed that we had to wait a few hours for them to be ready. This made no sense, as a hotel should have extra towels available.

The rooms were dirty and nasty. The tub had slime and yellow stuff in it. The bed was horrible and bedding dirty. The blankets had someone’s hair all over it. I called to check out the next day even though I had it booked and now fighting to get a refund. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I have traveled a lot!!! I will never again stay there and I will tell my large business to not use your business again due to these issues and lack of concern or willing to make this right.
