Loved this property so much. It's a super cool modern room in an ancient palace. The tile/glass shower has a sleek European feel on the front with a cool stone wall on the back. And I can't say enough about the heated tile floors! The host was outstanding! I arrived a day late because of a cancelled flight and had to stay an extra day for business. She could have charged me for an extra day but didn't! Great advice on local spots. I highly recommend this property!

This stay was amazing our room the location and STAFF! Cleaned and prepared daily. I have never received customer service like this ever at any hotel stay. Our flights canceled and delayed with late arrival and they had a member of the staff stay and escort us to our room. Our luggage was loaded the staff took a copy of our claim number and stayed in contact with the airport for three days to ensuring our luggage was delivered. When it was delivered they met with the delivery driver and took it to our room while we were out on an excursion. Unbelievable the lengths they went to show us hospitality. I would not stay any place while visiting Split then here. THANK YOU!

Ivana, the owner was amazing from the beginning to the end! Helped us with our luggage up the stairs, recommended and made reservations for dinner for us. Even paid our restaurant bill when for some reason our card didn’t go through and they contacted her. She didn’t bother to tell us that night and just mentioned it casually the next day. We paid her back of course. Her place is immaculate and charming, and the location can’t be beat! Smells nice too and just steps away from Diocletian’s Palace.

Gorgeous family owned hotel

Beautifully renovated and very charming family owned hotel. One can tell that expenses were not spared during the renovation - expensive sheets, lush towels, latest key/light technologies. And most importantly, incredible hospitality. Dad and son picked us up at the airport, mom it does a the reception. They couldn’t have been nicer, we felt we were in great hands.

Beautiful stay as advertised. The owner was very welcoming and sweet. The room is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with modern appliances, including key card entry, mini-fridge, safe, TV, A/C. The location is perfect within Diocletian's Palace walls and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and tourist spots within very short walking distance, including a nice coffee shop right next door to start the morning. Very easy walk to get to typically meeting spots for most tours as well. I highly recommend staying here while in Split. My wife and I will definitely try to book it again when we return.

Gorgeous property in heart of Split.

This was my first time to Split, and wow, did I pick an incredible property. Honestly, the only con I can think of was that there are plenty of stairs, but otherwise, excellent! Comfortable bed, overlooks a courtyard, modern but in the backdrop of the old city. High tech with buttons for everything. Steps away from tons and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. The host was absolutely amazing - sent me tons of recommendations for local things to do and dining options. A must, must stay.

Not just call luxury rooms for the sake of it.

If you are into interiors then stay here. The finish of this apartment is very high vs many of the places we have stayed in. No expense spared with all the fittings and fixtures. The host Ivana was super friendly and helpful with great recommendations and organised airport transfers at a price similar to uber. The location is perfect right in the centre of the walls and the complimentary snacks in the minibar was great. Only 2 areas for improvment. The clear glass door into the toilet is a bit awkward and could do with being frosted. 2nd is the breakfast which is contracted to a nearby restaurant was nothing to rave about (but it was free which is rare for an apartment) - a better bet would be to get a local bakery to deliver pastries and coffee to the apartment. Apart from that it was great and i would definately stay here again. Thanks

Stunning place and great location. The place offers all you need and provides free snacks and drinks. The owner was also very helpful with recommendations. Worth to note if you booked a room with breakfast, if you’re staying for the weekend, the restaurant which supplies breakfast doesn’t open kitchen on Sundays.
