Pretty run down place, the hallway upstairs is super sketchy, it bows and flexes when walking on it…feels like you could fall through the floor in spots! Rooms are dirty, and smell of smoke, it’s very strong and smells terrible. Lots of “patch jobs” like they don’t want to actually fix anything. Very loud late at night.
