This room was booked because it specifically stated there was shuttle service to our concert venue. They claim they tried to remove that but hotels.com refuses to remove it. The ad also said continental breakfast included. They had 1 single package of muffins (2 in the package) on the counter and bottles of sunny D. When we asked if this was the continental breakfast they kindly brought out 1 more package. The area is sketch but the room was clean. The listing needs to be correct, as this information is important when planning trips.

I was in room 122 and the neighbors to our right were up all night yelling and slamming doors and walking in and out. They would hang out outside their door and be very loud. The Wi-Fi never worked in our room and then we were rudely awakened in the morning at 9:26 a.m. even though check out is not until 11:00 a.m..

The room itself was pretty decent. No bugs, no dirty sheets and a pretty nice bed. The bathroom 😮😮now that's another entity. Accessible, they removed the tub for a "roll in" shower. It's really just a blank space with a hole in the ground for drainage. Not safe for wheelchair.

Check-in was good. Rooms open to the outside. Parking was convenient. Our room was very clean if a bit small. I expected a queen sized bed, but it was a double, but it was fine. The towels were thick. Breakfast at 7:15 on Friday morning was pitiful—a small Sunny D, fairly good coffee, blueberry muffins.

The room could use an update. It was clean but clearly showed age and wear and tear, and had a funky smell when we entered. The “breakfast” was some Sunny D, packaged muffins, and coffee. The lobby area was barricaded and not able to be used. I wouldn’t stay again.
