The rooms have good sound proofing between them, I couldn’t hear the neighboring rooms, but I was often woken up by people talking outside in the parking lot. There was a 3-4am verbal altercation one night. The room was reasonably clean.

Quiet, clean, friendly, nice common areas, easy to work with staff. I’m glad I came here! So far the best hotel I’ve been in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Even my kitty, Pinto Bean, loves it here! Definitely could even call this your little home if you wanted!

The tub Jd areas where the epoxy finishes had worn through, and there was no stopper. The floors were so dirty and gritty walking from the shower to the chair to put on my shoes and had to wipe off my feet. We also had to empty the trash under the sink when we got there. It was completely fill of beer & whiskey bottles. For the price I didn’t expect the Ritz but clean would have been appreciated .

I called ahead of time to ask about pet fee. They stated it was $25 for up to a week. When I arrived they said it was 25$ per night. Meaning it was 99$ a night after taxes. Exactly what a nice hotel would cost. This hotel is scamming people. Dont think you are saving money. Its the same price as a nice hotel with ammineties. Garbage hotel. Dont stay here.

Breakfast was coffee and a prepackaged muffin and you had to let the staff know your room and what you got since you are allowed one muffin per person staying in the room. The website said cookware, dinnerware and silverware in rooms. Nope not anything. Microwave took 10 minutes to heat up a breakfast sandwich. Room was clean but that’s it. So you have to eat microwave meals since you can’t cook.
