Website really clear that there's no lift A message to reception ensured we didn't have too far to walk etc with mobility problems. Room was accessible, comfortable beds Dinner in the restaurant was really good. Recommend the fish and chips and chocolate orange torte. We didn't pay for breakfast so can't comment

Great hotel and location. Stayed here for New Years Eve party and then out on the terrace at 12pm for a fantastic view of London and the Fireworks. Room was pleasant, clean and big enough. Rate included breakfast which was a buffet of hot and cold, well prepared and good selection.

We stayed at The Manor as a part of a birthday celebration. Jo, who was on reception at check-in, was amazing! Thank you for your discreetness and help. You made the surprise all the more better. The Deluxe Room - The Notting Hill - was lovely, very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was great, off the main road and close to the high street. The fitness suite is available to use for all - simple equipment to be used. The breakfast was lovely. Buffet and made to order is available. Wide range of breakfast, continental and English. Lovely decor across the whole hotel and it was really intriguing to find out about the famous people who stayed here and the scenes filmed at the hotel too! Will happily stay here again!

Beautiful room. Stunning building. I was in the Piccadilly room and it has lovely views and is a really comfortable room. Stairs to get to room are narrow and could be awkward if you are less mobile, so bear this in mind. Its a lovely hotel, and I am looking forward to staying again.
