Nice room layout, hard mattress

No one was at front desk for awhile when we got there, i loved the layout of our room though(it had a padded windowseat) but the mattress and pillows were very firm. If i hadn't brought my own pillows i wouldn't have been able to sleep well. The AC ran perfectly though and i loved that it stayed on constantly and didn't turn off and on all night like some hotels do.

Honestly it was very accommodating. Yes unfortunately one the first night, the bathroom ceiling was leaking but they were pretty quick to get us a new room. And they were very kind when we had to extend our stay not once but twice due to a few issues. So they are very wonderful and I would recommend this place to stay.

Quick check in. Friendly Staff. OK light continental breakfast; but no fruit, eggs, or other typical items. Building showing signs of wear/age and somewhat shoddy repairs (meaning no paint on plaster repairs, etc.) and very noisy a/c. But, overall would stay there again for the price and convenience.

Poor with misrepresentation of services provided.

Fan in the bathroom sounded like it was as about to fall out of the ceiling. Lightbulbs out and rough linens. Offer park and jet with a shuttle to and from the airport, but don’t run the shuttle during the middle of the day. We weren’t even informed of the gap in service until an after we’d paid for parking. We were told just to get a Lyft from the airport on our return, at our expense . Will not stay again.
