When we checked in the code that was emailed to us did not work we stood out in the cold for 45 minutes and tried seven different codes to unlock the door with customer service very inconvenient once we got inside the dishwasher had standing water in it nonworking the stove does not have a bottom element so if you’re trying to cook dinner you only have a element located at the top of the oven there was cigarettes and bottles of water in the garage,It’s useless trying to get in touch with somebody at check-in we arrived at four in the morning and we had to try for over 30 minutes to get in touch with someone to even get us checked into the unit I just wish they just had someone on call to answer calls when you have a problem
