Where to hotels is horrible location no transportation I went Istanbul for medical reasons it is on the hill middle no where You have to very strong walking steps uphill Olso down rooms was not clean properly I booked only 3 nights I stayed only 1 night i check out next day i booked different hotel Expedia they told me pay money back they never did

Not the best place of my 3 weeks trip …

The bedroom booked online was not the same when I arrived. They gave a room on the basement the first night. I was desappointing. I canno t accept this kind of offer. For me, it s disrespectful. The owner must put the right pictures online or, better option, transform its basement into a fitness space. Fortunately , they proposed me another room for the second and last night.

Die Unterkunft ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von Ortaköy entfernt, man kann öffentlich alles sehr gut erreichen, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Außerdem ist das Hotel sauber und man fühlt sich wohl.

Das Jacuzzi und die Aussicht Alles andere war schrecklich, wir waren 5 Tage dort. Das Service Personal, sehr schlecht… wenn wir zum Hotel zurück gekommen sind hat einer von den auf der Couch geschlafen. Die Lobby wurde nie gelüftet und es hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch. Die Zimmer wurden in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt, wir hatten nicht mal einen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Das Toilettenpapier war leer und die haben es nicht nach gefüllt erst nachdem wir es meinten haben die es erst am nächsten Tag gebracht. Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt und das weil wir die darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben uns war eine Packung Erdnüsse runter gefallen, wir bräuchten einen Staubsauger haben es angesprochen damit wir es selber sauber machen können, daraufhin meinte der Typ von der Lobby es wird am nächsten Tag gemacht was aber nie passiert ist. Die haben uns ein zusätzliches Bett hingestellt (Klappbett) der immer wieder zu gegangen ist von alleine. Beim Checkout wurde nicht mal gefragt ob wir zufrieden gewesen waren, einfach Schlüssel abgegeben und raus weil die Lobby wirklich gestunken hat. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig, wir haben keine hohen Erwartungen gehabt, aber denn noch erwartet man einen Service weil man letztendlich dafür bezahlt hat, wenigstens das man täglich die Handtücher wechselt oder das man freundlich empfangen wird stattdessen schauen sie dich komisch an. Für die weiteren die es vorhaben zu buchen würde ich euch das lieber abraten. Zahlt lieber bisschen mehr.

The room was fairly quiet, very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The main drawback was location, up a steep cobbled hill and would be fine if we were 15 years younger. Walking to Ortakoy centre would take about 20 minutes. The only sensible transportation was by taxi.

It is a nice, clean hotel with spacious room. The room was silent and comfortable. The only problem is slope. There is a public transportation near hotel but due to the slopes, it is not easy to walk. Taxi is the only option to go around.

It was a nice hotel but it was a bit more expensive than it's worth. Location is quiet and safe. Only certain rooms have a view. We had to request blankets and sheets because the beds were only fitted with a light blanket, but they happily provided it for us.

Banyo özensizdi.El havlusu asacak yer yok, tuvalet kapağı uyumsuz,banyodaki elektrik düğmesi kırıktı. 4gece için 2 kişiye 3 adet küçük şampuan, 1adet vücut şampuanı koymuşlar.Saç kremi yoktu.Oda manzarası sadece bir camdan kısmen boğazı görüyordu. Üst katta teras var manzarası mükemmel ama masa ve sandalyeler pis. Resepsiyon görevlileri lobideki koltukta sürekli uyuyorlar.Otelin bulunduğu sokak çok dar ve dik bir yokuş.Araba park yeri bulmak zor

Хорошее расположение отеля, в тихом спокойном месте. Вся инфраструктура в10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Прекрасный вид из окна, особенно с террасы - Босфорский мост. Специально искали отель в этом районе, чтоб выпить кофе и позавтракать с видом на пролив - мечта сбылась. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. По запросу предоставили трансфер из аэропорта. Мпасибо работникам отеля за из гостеприимство и внимание.

Our stay here was amazing. If you want to relax and enjoy the view of Bosphorus and Camlica while using the tub at the rooftop then book the Room 601. We even had food delivery and got it dropped off outside our Room. It was a relaxing and happy stay for us.

Wir haben die Panorama Suite für 6 Nächte gebucht. Alle Zimmer riechen stark nach Nikotin, welches sich an Möbel und Gardienen bereits angehaftet hat, weil drinnen wohl geraucht wird, obwohl es einen Verbot gibt in den Zimmern nicht zu rauchen. Staub und Flecken auf Tisch/ Boden/Schalter/ Bett/ Gegenständen in allen Zimmern, auch im Bad. Liegengebliebene Haare der Vorbesitzer. Der Boden sowie die Möbel waren betroffen. Aber am schlimmsten waren die Haare unter dem Bettlaken, an der und in der Bettwäsche. Dort waren die hygienischen Missstände am stärksten. Vor allem wenn mit allergikerfreundlichen Bettwäsche geworben wird, kann das erhebliche Gesundheit gefährden Risiken mit sich bringen. Im Bad waren auch noch Flecken von den vorherigen Gästen zu sehen. Um den grünen Daumen zu fördern, wurde auch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir mussten drei Tage vorher abreisen, da die Missstände nicht behoben wurden. Leider wurden uns diese drei Tage begründet durch die Hygienesituation von Hotel Betreiber nicht erstattet. Die Aussicht auf den Bosprus von der Terasse war atemberaubend, einmalig. Man zahlt eher für die Aussicht als für alles andere. Da es auch weit oberhalb am Gang liegt ist der Fußweg zurück zum Hotel sehr anstrengend. Es fährt auch kein Taxi hoch, da sich dieser kurze Weg für die Fahrer nicht rechnet.
