8/10 Very good

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were very nice. Only issue was the hot tub. It was a little difficult to get into and out of. The staff was wonderful.

8/10 Very good

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior. Breakfast was ok (nice omelette, rest of continental breakfast, incl. coffee ok but not amazing). Our hot tub was around the corner which we thought was odd. The location is a bit odd - quite a hike up to the main Caldera walk, but still close to the main village. Overall a nice hotel.
