Very great location, next cafes, bars, stores. The entrance was in an alley with one or tow homeless people sleeping on alley. The alley was cleaned most of the time.

The staff was good. The room was nice, but it was too hot and opening the window let in a lot of noise from the court yard. I liked the breakfast, but noticed eggshells in the eggs too often. I liked the location.

8/10 Very good

The room is very small for two people, and the window faces the inner courtyard and aisle. So if you want to open the window, you need to give up privacy. The staff were kind and helpful.

This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.

Walking distance

It’s a good hotel the only bad thing is the noise there was a bar nearby and it was loud.. breakfast was good. And walking distance to zocalo and Bellas artes was a plus.

Spring break trip

We traveled as a couple. March. 6 nights. The rooms are so small, don't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, that made nights so hot. Good breakfast. we enjoyed the nice location, close to Zocalo.

Location. Is a 5 star location, just two minutes from zocalo. The TV was good in the room, the breakfast area was very good, including the food. Coffee, hot water for tea and Hot Chocolate 24/7 However the rooms are small. Was no liquid soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Friendly staff, safe area even if do not looks like.

A nice hotel in the center of Mexico City Breakfast was basic but very good The room was compact with all the essentials. Aircondition was not available which was a major drawback since the room was hot and humid without any means to cool it. Thus it was hard to sleep.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit. Great to get goingm Great hotel ifnyou dont mind the heat and want a great location.Soap was really in

Friendly, clean, excellent customer service, location, and great breakfast. Arela and Yamile did great keeping every pan and food container filled and heated and trays with freshly cut fruit. Coffee was great!!! My only suggestion would be to check the mattresses., our was a little bit too hard. Maybe get them a little softer.

Not coming back

The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

When your GPS states "arrived" you may not locate it right away. The entrance is not on a main street but rather off of what looks like an alley. We stayed there twice in the same week. The first room was very small. We only had two backpacks so that was fine. Had we had luggage we would have been tight. The second room was a bit larger. However two luggages would have felt a bit tight too. Other than the size, the hotel and rooms were clean and not dated. I would stay there again. However, if have luggage, I would contact the hotel to ask for a larger room
