Amazing vacations ♥️♥️ The amenities and shows were spectacular, great location close to everything. Location was fantastic Playacar is in the middle of Cancun and Tulum. My friend and I had a relaxing week long stay at Viva Azteca. The location in Playacar was safe and felt very much like a friendly neighbourhood. We did day trips to Cenote but also enjoyed riding bikes around Playacar and spending time on the beach under the palm trees. The property is well maintained and the areas were laid out well so you had privacy. Thank you

Hotel looks old, old paint on the walls, some dirty. We had a really bad smell of sea weed coming from the air conditioning, issue was reported and we were never notified of any updated, smell went away until water started coming from the ceiling near the ac unit, again the issue was reported and again we were never notified about any repairs done, after that the ac was coming out with a disinfecting like smell, out of the 3 trips to the same area this is the one with the lowest quality, food was great!

We had a great time, the rooms were great but the floors were very slippery when wet, like more than a usual tile. Loved the variety at the buffet, only negative about it was that i do wish at least the main buffet was air conditioned.

Overall 7 days trip went good. Good food, friendly stuff, close to shopping and a 10 min walk to 5th street. Hotel is kind of outdated but we were there for the Ocean not a room. Did not have any people who want you to buy the Timeshare , that's was a surprise. Overall will comeback.
