Avoid at All Costs! Worst All-Inclusive Experience Ever! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This so-called “all-inclusive resort” in Cancun was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that were better maintained than this disaster. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. From the moment we walked into our room, we were hit with a musty, almost sewage-like smell. The sheets were stained, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. Housekeeping? What housekeeping? No room service either, so if you need anything, good luck getting it. Food & Drinks? Absolutely Terrible. The buffet was a sad, repetitive selection of cold, bland, and barely edible food. The “restaurants” were nearly impossible to get into—you had to race to make a reservation, only to find out it wasn’t even guaranteed. When we finally got in, the food was no better than the buffet. The drinks? Watered-down, artificial-tasting disasters served in tiny plastic cups. The bars also close ridiculously early, so don’t expect to enjoy a nightcap unless you smuggle in your own liquor. Activities? What Activities? The resort advertised daily entertainment and activities, but there was absolutely nothing going on. No music, no shows, no fun. It was like staying in a ghost town. Overall Experience? A Complete Scam. This place is the definition of false advertising. It’s dirty, the service is nonexistent, and everything about it screams

Everything was very nice amd perfect , we really liked that and I spent nice vacation with my family there. The only thing that I was really dissatisfied and upset about that was the way that the hotel reception check in with us. I had already booked hotel and flight as well with Expedia as usual in the past and paid completely based on Expedia policy. But they wanted to extra charge us in the hotel while check in because of my daughter that she was under 18 , and they wanted to charge us for her as adult, it was not our first time booking the hotel or travelling with expedia and I am sure they knew the expedia policy but they wanted to extra charge us for nothing. It was really stressful for my entire family just at the beginig of our vacation there. I did not like their behavior...

Some of the staff were inconsistent with how they applied the "rules" for dining, etc. We were required to modify our dress when going to dine, while others who had the same things on were not. It felt discriminatory. This also happened at the front desk. I was told to wait in the line to obtain a form I needed for one of the guest services, while the same person helped another guest who walked up asking questions for 20 min. and didn't have to wait in the line. I likely would not go back.

Its a little older hotel but kept up well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The AC was a little weak in our room, we asked them to look at it, the technician said it was working properly. We bought an oscillating fan from walmart and took care of the issues. Buffet was very good at times and not great at other times but thats just because of taste, can't make everyone in the group happy all the time. They took great care of us and I would certainly stay again.

The food was aweful at the main eating place where no reservations were necessary. At the places that the food was good, making reservations was very difficult however to eat at those places. Rooms were ticky tacky. Service was very slow. The good, location was near perfect. Close to cool shopping mall and beautiful beach and scenary. Nice pools and kids play area. The all inclusive factor was not great.... Shows were pretty good.

The suite, beach, and pool were all beautiful and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall level of service. The warmest and most attentive service we received was upon arrival, but unfortunately, it did not continue throughout our stay. At times, it felt as though we were an inconvenience, which was disheartening given how excited we were about the trip. Thankfully, the comfort of our terrace and the quality of the beach and pool helped make the experience worthwhile. Still, the service fell short of expectations and we will not return.

I booked a package deal, where I put my kids ages. Flight was great then I arrived at the hotel and they said I put my 10 yr old down as an infant. I showed them my receipt from Orbitz where it shows I paid 2 adults 3 kids no where on it does it say infant. I even called or orbitz and they would not even believe the caller so long story short and 3 hours later I ended up having to pay an extra large amount of money which they don't allow me to post the amount. So be aware !!! and the would not give me a receipt when I asked for one. Also when I pick a hotel, I look for certain things to accommodate our family and 1 is laundry service so that I don't have to take so much clothes. Well they have false advertising they have no laundry service and we had to take Uber and go look for a laundry mat. I do not recommend this place..out of 9 days I could not get reservations and had to ask the manager if he could help me out and this was my 20th wedding anniversary.

The food was hit or miss—some nights were decent, but other times the buffet lacked good options. The reservation system for restaurants was a nightmare; we only managed to dine at one during our stay. They’re not accommodating when it comes to larger families either. The kids club was disappointing; every time we stopped by, it was either closed or about to close, and the staff member seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was just okay, but we won’t be returning.
