Bad experience right at check in. I came at around 12:30 noon and waited at the check in counter. There were no customers but they made me wait and then I asked if they would do check in and they said their policy is at 3??? So why didn’t you tell me when I waited there? But this is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel. You have to greet the guest and check them in no matter you have the room ready or not. You can give them the room if any available or politely tell them to comeback at what time. So I had very bad experience from the beginning.
For breakfast, as I was in a hurry. I only had Pho and I took croissant. The staff asked me not to take any foot to leave the floor. I think they have to consider the situation. I read all the reviews and other customer said they didn’t allow a 15 month old baby to take a banana. Other hotels will even pack the food for you if you don’t have enough time to eat.
Check out is longgggggg. This is far from a 5 star hotel.
Overall, I’ll never comeback. Please stay away from this hotel and Hotels.com should not partner with them as well. The worst experience!
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Leider hat zum Beispiel das warme Wasser in der Badewanne nur für eine Füllung von ca 35 % gereicht

Got what expected.
Hotel was quite nice. The only strange thing was that we had to wait for 15 min. for our room to be examined ,when we checked out.

Decent hotel
Overall, the hotel is probably okay.
For Western European, the breakfast buffet is max 3/10. A lot of food, but not what I prefer. However, many will probably be more than happy.

The staff were helpful but not very friendly, and were not interested in the visitors at all. the lobby on each floor smelt like cigarette smoke.
The room was great and everything worked well, but in the long run, staff interaction makes and breaks a visit and Dolce was lacking in that area.

Wow after leaving the inter con this property was a massive disappointment. Maybe I was just spoiled from the attention to detail, amazing staff amenities and good food at intercon but this paled in comparison (even tho literally everything is tacky and gold) you would never know this was an international hotel because very few of the staff have any grasp of English making it extremely hard to order or communicate. The breakfast buffet was huge but terrible, the room service was awful. I ended up going to circle k and living off snacks due to the poor quality and difficulty in ordering. Housekeeping was random and they never replaced the snacks and food unless I asked. The gym is ok but half the cardio equipment was broken and I was unable to use it. I really would recommend not staying here
