Very clean and convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Walkable to the theme park. Only negative is that when we got to the room, we didn’t have enough linens for the sofa bed and not enough room shower towels. But they did bring them to us when we asked for them.

It was a very nice stay i would stay again . The only down side was the freeway noise, it was pretty loud but i was so tired it didn't stop me from falling asleep. I think i would ask for a room on the opposite side next time.

Overall stay was clean and comfortable. The property shares the lot with a couple other hotels so finding the correct parking and entrance was a little confusing. Staff during check in was not pleasant, and the lotion in the room was half used on arrival. Otherwise, room was well appointed, breakfast was good, and would stay again if in the area.

The receptionist didnt provide enough information when check in or check in out they expect me to know everything meaning asking for bed sheets for our sofa bed, get room service which i had to ask the room service ladies how that work and they said they should of told me at guess services. Parking and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was ok.

They over booked us and when we got there they didn’t have a room for us so they booked a room for us at a hotel next door. Staff told us it was an upgraded room, but it wasn’t. However the beds were comfortable, good location for magic mountain, free parking and breakfast was included which was nice.

Awful Service

I called to let them know we would be checking in late because six flags was open late. They said no problem that they made a note in the system. Get there to check in and there’s no room. They said they didn’t have one. Then they said well we could clean one but there’s no ac. Which to me at 1 in the morning if they didn’t already clean it then they didn’t want people to stay. So they said they booked a comparable room at the hotel right next door. The convenience of the location was great but that was it. The room was nowhere near comparable. Absolutely horrible experience.
