We were able to swap out the down pillows, of which we are both very allergic, with foam pillows. Great location for everything around Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fine.....great location next door to a Pancake House that was delicious. Hotel breakfast..not good. The TV service they used was awful. Couldn't see what the program was you were looking at. Had to wait through commercials to see what was on the channel. Bathroom was way too small but served the purpose. It was clean and staff were fine. Balcony over the river was a good view. It was a good stay but a few things could improve as well.
