The hotel is very outdated. The photos do not reflect reality. The room had a bad smell, was old, small, and unpleasant. The staff is nice, but this is a very, very basic hotel. Even though we had already paid and the reservation was non-refundable, we decided to leave the hotel and pay again for another hotel because it was impossible to stay there.

I go to Cozumel 2-3 times per year and usually book through Expedia at various places. Totally befuddled by this one though. Expedia sells you breakfast at a dive resort where the restaurant opens at 8:00 and the dive boat leaves at 8:00. No bueno… Also, the restaurant closes at 4:00 in the afternoon so you need a taxi for dinner. They will only give you one bottle of drinking water. Front desk told me to take a taxi to the store if I wanted more. ??? Decent property, terrible service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coral Princess! The entire staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Although the resort was undergoing some construction during our visit, everything was still clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water was absolutely perfect—crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling right off the dock. We also went scuba diving with Island Divers Cozumel, located conveniently on-site, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our dive instructor, Joel, was phenomenal—an excellent teacher who made us feel confident and safe the entire time. We can’t wait to book our next adventure and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about Coral Princess Hotel and Dive Resort is excellent. Just to name a few, the entire staff couldn't be any better, the food is excellent, our room was wonderful, the pool area and the views were beautiful. We'll definitely be back to enjoy it all again.

The property was very clean and quiet. Our room cleaner was amazing - she was excellent. I feel that the restaurant options could be beefed up and have something opened later - a bar with maybe bar food. Also have a souvenir shop to buy some trinkets or more of a variety of snacks. This place is great for adults, but not kid friendly. We will be back.

My 10-day stay at this resort was amazing. The property was well maintained. They provided daily bottled water at no additional charge. The property sits right on the water with amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time. I interacted with no less than 12 different staff members and they were all great! The only reason I omitted 1 star from service is that the resort does not offer dinner. A few days there was heavy downpour and high winds making a trip to town unadvisable, the ability to have dinner on site those days would've been great. Otherwise the food was top-tier. Just a short 30-minute walk to town with clean, safe, and scenic walk ways. Highly recommend staying at this resort!

The property was in need of many repairs and the restaurant has no set hours. Posted online and in person are different times. It wasn't open at all the afternoon we landed, and we were directed to hotel b unique, next door. That hotel, both restaurants, staffing, amenities, and scenery blew us away, and that's where we'll be staying in our next visit. We did find the hot tub and the rooftop area, and it was out of commission. I wish i could post the pictures. The time have no deadbolt for the doors, and there's a 3" gap between the door and the floor. There's a 6" g drop from the room to the balcony. Everyone was really nice, though. Paying the spa took repeated transactions, as they "forgot" to include everything in the initial transaction.
