Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms (for the amount of time you actually spend in them) have everything you need and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices. Pool and hot tub were great. I would recommend spending a night or two.

Went for medical trip. Hotel was older but very nice and clean. Rooms are big with fridges, microwave and coffee makers. Pool is big and warm. Staff was very good. Only complaint might be complementary breakfast is very basic. No bacon and eggs. But from the price you pay, especially in winnipeg very good value. Recommend

Attentive To Our Needs

We were in Winnipeg for my wife to have knee replacement surgery. My request for a room next to entrance from the parking lot was honoured, with the girl at the front desk being so attentive and understanding. It was great to able to get to and from our room after surgery.

It was a great stay. I like how they have a restaurant as well as vending machines for food options. The free continental breakfast is also great! The indoor pool is a very cool atmosphere and probably my favourite amenity they offer.

Disappointing Room, Good Pool

I would have to say I was disappointed by this hotel. I read plenty of reviews on it and everyone said the pool was great and I didn't really see negative reviews. The hotel on the outside is quite run down, the parking lot is seemingly in an area with people around I would question if my vehicle is going to be safe. The room we had the pool side door was warped and didn't fully close so all noise from the pool area came in like you had the door open. It had a street-side door which didn't appear to have a fully working dead bolt. The room itself was quite old and run-down. The two positives were the beds were quite comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would not recommend.
