Very outdated hotel, but you can tell they are trying to fix it up. Very clean, just outdated. I also had to atgue about my mothers service dog, its says service animals are welcome on the hotel.com page, but not there.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $50. The ladies at the front desk were very rude. I got a text asking me to not put trash in the hallway after a delivery driver delivered food and didn’t knock. She automatically assumed it was trash instead of asking and texted me. She also was very unprofessional in her conduct during almost every face to face interaction. It was terrible.

Our room smelled like smoke, the bathroom was grimey, and the mattress was ripped up. The breakfast was surprisingly good though. The front desk staff was unable to understand or speak english which made checking in take a lot longer than it should have.

I stayed here because it was cheap and I would only be there long enough to sleep for a few hours. I was in town for my son's triathlon and my ex decided to stay at his house after I already planned on said I would be sleeping there. (There was a reason I got divorced) The hotel was OK and served its purpose but not much more.
