We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

I initially booked the deluxe room, which was too big for me so requested a smaller room, which Deniz at the reception kindly arranged. Many reasons, as Golden member I expect to get upgraded room or at least some complementary but i got different room then i have to ask for another room as the booking, however they were cooperative on that but i feel the hotel require renovation even though it was built in 2021 so almost 5 years old. Some of the shower materials need to be changed , i got a room with light not working and the window has leakage of air which was noisy in the living room. I really like the hotel and i stayed in this hotel many times but i believe some room need some renovation to keep it top hotel

The hotel looks a lot better on pictures. Our apartment room was missing robes; did not have the branded shampoo/conditioners pictured or the nicely staged rooms. Everything was a little bit beat up. The pool was closed; not clean;maybe due to off season. Staff was nice. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel, however.
